Training Camp… learning how to build a house… use power tools… meet my team who might think I am completely strange (which would be legitimate)…learn more about Jesus… make new friends? No! Training camp has been so much more than what I could have ever expected! Jesus has met me exactly where I am but refused to leave me there, Praise HIM! My team? Well, let's just say they were a blessing from God for sure, I couldn't of picked more joyful loving people who at the same time aren't afraid to act like complete idiots 🙂 God has shown up at training camp to say the least! The power and freedom He has given not only myself, but to my teammates, and also every missionary here is absolutely incredible. We have been freed from the bondage of sin, and we are now equipped to bring the same freedom to Nicaragua and the other various countries that groups are traveling to. I have learned so much of what it means to fall in LOVE with my savior, and how to hear His voice when He is calling my name. As one of our speakers at AIM spoke about, I too believe that when "God speaks, life happens", and as I am sitting here anxiously awaiting my arrival into Nicaragua I know the Lord is going to speak and make "life happen" and I couldn't be more excited!
Other helpful information: I am currently in the Houston airport and will arrive in Nicaragua late tonight. My team will have tomorrow to get aquatinted and settled in! I cannot wait to see what God has in store!
May you feel His love and presence in all you do!
Until Next Time,
Amy Crow 🙂
