So The Lord has chosen to pour out his Spirit and manifest in his people in crazy ways and honestly, much of this week has been crazy, crazy, CRAZY spiritual encounters with this Crazy God that we serve. He has come down and has been raining down his fire in this place. For the past 4 days, the Spirit has moved EVERYTIME we gather and we end up being overtaken by His truth and His power for hours and hours… and hours. There has been great FREEDOM in this place and the Lord has been speaking so clearly to us. yesterday, we gathered after breakfast, just like any other morning- but the Spirit began to move in powerful ways again and we stayed there for hours, and the lord told us NOT to plan anything for that afternoon because we ususally have kids from all over the barrios come, and we plan a message, and games, and what we are going to do from 2:30-5 . but not this afternoon. not today. instead, we worshipped and walked around in a circle like they did in Jericho until the walls fell down in that place. and oh.they.are.falling.
needless to say. Jesus is coming, and we are getting ready.
“‘And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh,and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
and your young men shall see visions,
and your old men shall dream dreams;
18even on my male servants and female servants
in those days I will pour out my Spirit, and they shall prophesy.
19And I will show wonders in the heavens above
and signs on the earth below,
blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke;
20the sun shall be turned to darkness
and the moon to blood,
before the day of the Lord comes, the great and magnificent day.”
