Training camp is unreal.
I'm not sure what I was expecting…but certainly not life changing moments. The worship is unexplainable, so good. It takes me to an intimate place with my heavenly Father that I've never been before. He has been speaking truths into my life that I've been unable to believe in past years. For the most part, I am just learning that God is sufficient for all my needs, worries, wants, and issues. Hence, the title of my blog!! Haaahhh…see how I tied that all in…yeah.
The companionship I'm immersed in…incredible. I.LOVE.MY.TEAM.
So let me just say something about that…God has given us a spirit of Unity. We all meshed really well at the very beginning. Hopefully I'll be able to get a picture up of all of us soon so you can see their presh faces. My new sisters are Lindsey, Teani, Naomi, Allison, Kacey, Shawndell, Christy, Allegra, and Amy. A little secret about Amy and I…we're basically the same person. Holly, if you're reading this, don't worry, she doesn't watch 30 Rock or Arrested Development or Portlandia, so you're good. 🙂
My new brothers are Ryan, Marcus, and Josh.
I am so enamored with my new family. I really am. They have surrounded me with love and freedom.
I'm going to try and get better at blogging…I really should be thinking about good writing since I'm supposed to be applying to schools and putting in essays. Bah.
Anyway, let me know how y'all (thanks to the little southern belles on my team) are doing and please continue to pray for my team and the others that we would have safe travel tomorrow.
