The Future

Yesterday we were able to go and spend time with an extremely impoversished group of families that live together and are some how all related one way or another. They live very close to the Youth Center and we were asked to start outreach so the parents would feel comfortable with allowing their children to come to the Youth Center when it is up and running.
As we were walking back to the Youth Center, one of the young boys of that family came with us to hangout. His name is Marlon, and he is about 11 years old. As I followed behind him and a few of my teammates, I was just praying for the family and the seeds we had planted, I looked up and saw a vision of an ¨older Marlon¨ preaching to a crowd of people. It was a beautiful vision and I´m so grateful God allowed me to see it. Whether or not Marlon actually was the boy I saw preaching to that crowd, it just reminded me that the work we are pouring into this Youth Center to get it off the ground is the start to a place where the Youth of Jinotepe, Nicaragua will be able to be discipled in the Lord and hopefully will be the future preachers and missionaries of the next generation. I´m so excited to see all God has in store for this Center that He has had planned since before time began. All Glory to Him!!

¨I thank him who has given me strength, Christ Jesus our Lord, because he judged me faithful, appointing me to His service.¨ (1 Tim 1:12)
