The kids test your patience something fierce, but they make up for it by being adorable
A Few Other Things:
-Our house keeper Coco is way too good for us. She´s a super star. She cooks, cleans, finds things, and is a prayer warrior if I ever knew one
-I watched Jacob kill about 15 flies with his bare hand in one swift smack and I almost threw up
-Fasting isn´t nearly as hard as I thought it would be. Not when you have a strong helping of the Holy Spirit to fill you up
-Middle of the night prayer hours aren´t hard either. So out of character for me.
-Nicaraguan circuses are… memorable. That´s the word we chose to tell the rest of our group. Really they´re overwhelming because you don´t understand the jokes the clowns are saying, they´re mildly offensive, even with kids in the audience, and… exotic? So we just stuck with “memorable.”
