My name is Katie and I’m absolutely thrilled to go on this trip. I’ve never been out of the country, let alone on a mission trip. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do and now that I’ve graduated college I am ready for adventure, purpose, and meaning more than ever. I want to love people the way God loves people, even though that’s impossible because God is God and greater than anything in this world. But I am desperate to share God’s word and help those who long for care and nurturing. I’m introverted but I love people, I love laughing, art, fruit, hiking, running, and of course my friends and family. I cannot wait to see what will go in Nicaragua and am very faithful that God will work wonders over there.
