Wreck my world were the three words that I prayed for coming into training camp. I continued to speak those words without full comprehension of the power they have and can bring when you ask God for that. It is such a blessing to serve a Lord who hears all our prayers, and although he doesn’t respond on my time, he knows the right words to say.
The messages, worship, and community time is something that the Lord told me to engage in with complete freedom. I allowed him to answer my prayer, and turn my ear to heaven and hear the noise inside. Full sacrifice, although difficult at times, is the most liberating thing I can do when serving the Father. Last night, we did an exercise where we prophesied for one another. I felt the Lord in the room with full certainty that night, and it is an experience I won’t soon forget. Diane, a strong, God-loving women spoke very simple words to me that changed my outlook on freedom. “You can dance!” was said to me, and I am a very expressive person when it comes to worship and conversing with one another. Having someone say to me that I am free to worship how Jonny wants, was exactly what I needed to hear. God spoke to me through Diane, and I was free.
Later that night at worship, I was dancing, praising the Lord’s name on high, and letting him know through my actions that I am his to use as he desires. After worship, music started to play over the speakers, and I just began to dance yet again. For a solid hour, there was a group of about 50 of us dancing to songs we had all heard before. It didn’t matter I didn’t know everyone’s names, but that we are all God’s children so in love with a God that continues to remain humble although he remains all-powerful and all-knowing. Humility has been shown to me through some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met in my life, and it rubs off on me, which is such an encouragement. May the Lord continue to
