These past four days at camp have been amazing. It is amazing to see how god's been preparing us all to go. The way that we have prpared is by having a camp out night where our whole team all slept with two tarps. One that was actually beneath us and the other that covered over us as our roof. The men on our team (only 4) were really kind to sleep in the corner so all the girls could sleep and fit without being on top of each other. This was the first night we were there! And this happened after we had the full day of travelling. My reaction to it was just like, "okay, let's roll with this." We stayed up late too by the camp fire doin a rain dance and eating bananas roasted over the fire. I did not sleep so good, I only got probably 5 hours of sleep in the past 24 hours at that time. But I woke up feeling refreshed. The next day was our first full day there at training camp. We had a meeting with every team going to different countries, and then did our first activity together, where we pretended to be a part of an unknown tribe and also missionaries reaching out to the people. It was fun to be the tribesman. Later that day our team had painted a mural of what we felt the Lord lay on our hearts concerning going to Nicaragua. The Lord had given us many words for the nation and it was an incredible experience to watch it be painted. It looks liek I am running out of time now. I will need to post some more really soon. Thank you so much for following my trip. I look forward to writing more about how training camp was very soon. Thank you!
