Sometimes, things don't go as planned.
You plan on posting a video-blog, but the internet is too slow for it to upload.
You plan on working all morning in the garden, but it pours instead.
You plan on finishing the rock pile, but the tarantulas deteer you from that.
You plan on spending your summer working camp, but then the Lord wrecks your heart and you end up on an island instead.
You plan on laying low at church and end up preaching.
You are so looking forward to a good night's rest, but the fans break and you spend a majority of the evening praying and jamming out to worship tunes instead.
You want to work all day, but your team works so hard that there's no work left in the afternoon.
"In their hearts humans plan their course,
but the Lord establishs their steps."

The Lord is so faithful to remind me that his plans are bigger than mind.
I have found myself having so many conversations with my teammates, while in the garden, working in the kitcehn and taking breaks in el rancho, about how much greater the Lord's plans are than mine.
Its so encouraging to know that His are greater and that they're the ones that will succeed.
Who knows what next week will hold…
This week was filled with big spiders, goat for dinner, homework help, and playing with sweet kids.
Whatever it does, the Lord will be all up in it and thats all that matters!
