I've had the blessing to share my adventures
With many amazing and stellar creatures
These friends are with me through every day
And walk me through my joy and dismay.
I’ve had the pleasure of living with them,
Sharing trips and sharing bread
They help me through my many chores
And even shop with me through the stores
These friends are there to wake me up,
To hang on my toothbrush and drink from my cup.
A few other places they hang out with me,
Are my bed, my books, and my computer screen.
Needless to mention they are such helpful friends,
As every morning, they chill on my bed,
they hang in my bag and help me decide
what outfit to wear, and to wear it with pride.
These amigos are with me from morning to night,
But whilst I am sleeping, they’re right by my side.
They have been so kind as to let me know
That there is not ONE day I’ll be in Nica alone.
My new best friends are ANTS you see,
They fill me with such peace and glee.
For, I know these friends are here to stay and
will undoubtedly be there through every day.
