Here i am Day 3 of debrief in the beautiful city of Granada. Woke up early, showered and spent some quality time with our amazing Heavenly Father in a quaint little courtyard. In a few minutes some of us are going to walk to the bakery and get delcious pastries, what could be better, right? This whole debrief is not just a vacation, however. Not only is this time going to be filled with laughter, shopping, amazing food and fellowship with our team. But I pray that during these 5 days my team is ENERGIZED, I pray my team is REJUVENATED, and I pray my team is REVIVED.
Yes, the last 2 months have been incredible. This time so far has been eye opening, freeing, and exciting, but God has so much more! I want to experience miracles. I want to experience healing. I know God has the power, but i dont think we all believe that God can work through us. I pray that in these 5 days here in Granada we are filled with a renewed and overwhelming sense of faith. I pray that God will open our eyes wider to the opportunities that await us every day in the little things we do.
My prayer is that we will ALL walk according to the spirit, seeking God in everything we do here. I hope that when we go to bed at night we can say, i gave my all in ministry or teaching today, or even just loving on those who come around La Nueva Vida. I pray that we make a difference. I declare that big things are going to happen in the next 2 months and i am READY. I declare that when i go home in May, I will not be able to hold in the excitement of the miracles i will have experienced. I hope that when we leave Nicaragua, we can say that we gave our all. I also pray that not only have we made a difference here in the city of Jinotepe, i pray as well that each and every one of us are changed on the iniside, that we arent the same person that came on this trip.
The last 2 months have been mediocre, but i didnt come here for mediocre, I came here for unforgettable. I am ready to go above and beyond and make a difference and i hope my team is ready to follow. Big things are going to happen in Jinotepe. I declare our energy and excitement will be restored. we are ready to chage lives and in the midste of changing lives, our lives will be changed too.
