- God loves me and is for me. His love is not based off of being perfect and doing the right thing. His love is unconditional.
- I am a dearly loved and gifted daughter of God, who is going to do amazing things for Him. He has created me to proclaim His name in my own special way, and He has some crazy plans for me.
- I am not ill equipped. Where I lack, the Holy Spirit makes up for it.
- The LORD GOD, the one who made me and knows me better than I know myself, will show me where to go. He will make it clear, and make it so I can follow Him. I AM going somewhere!
- God does not want me to worry or be anxious about anything. Especially when it’s hard to let go, He wants me to drop it all and cling to nothing but His hand.
- God loves me and delights in me. He wants to share memories with me and to celebrate my highs and comfort me in my lows. He is my dearest friend, and is always with me.
- He speaks to me through people, thoughts, music, all kinds of things.
- He has created me to exude His love, even when I don’t feel all that lovng.
- He loves me too much to leave me how I am. He uses things every day to grow me and stretch me to trust and follow Him more and more.
- Jesus did die for me, when I believed, He saved me, and when my work on earth is done, He’s taking me home to heaven.
We had to do an exercise where we took all the lies we believed about ourselves and things we had trouble with and declare truth over our lives. These are my truths and they aren’t just true for me, because if they were for only me, they wouldn’t be truth. This is for everyone. God says so. How awesome is that?!
