The last four days have been the hardest for me, but they have prepared me in such a way for the trip & for life in general that I would not have gained in any other way. I have learned quite a bit about the reality of life & how easy I have it back home. I have gained a whole new understanding of the Bible verse Philippians 4:3, "I can do all things through Him who gives me strength." I have realized that too much in my daily life I do not turn to God or trust Him like I should. I have definitely seen my blessings in living where I do & in having the family & friends that I have. I have gained a whole new thanksgiving in having a soft bed to sleep in every night, no bugs crawling everywhere I live, and having showers inside of my house.
Through all the hardships, I can say that the outcomes will be far more beneficial than I can ever imagine.
